Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal may result in up to a 25% refusal penalty fee.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Prepaid Money order and Prepaid Cashier’s Checks.

Sales Tax

Our distribution center is located in California, depending on the “Ship to” address, we are required “By Law” to collect sales tax if we ship to any addresses located in California.

Order over $75 -  Shipping & Handling fee $7.95

Customer will pay for shipping and handling charges on all purchases. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges for any return merchandise. 

For any address correction request, shipped by UPS, an additional $5.00 will be charged to credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us.  We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know you can return it for refund.  We only accept new, unused, unworn, odor-free and unwashed merchandise with all the packaging and tags intact.

Acceptable Returns

Unused, unworn, odor-free and unwashed merchandise with original packaging and tags may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, within 14 days of its receipt/delivery.  Please contact customer service to obtaining a Return Authorization Number.  Please wait for Return Authorization Number before return of any product(s).  If you are returning a product(s), you are responsible for return shipping.  We recommend that you use an insured, traceable method. cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

Return Limitations

Due to personal hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept return request on any underwears, panties, girdles, hosiery, bodysuits, body care, adhesive products (such as NuBra) and any altered merchandise.  In addition, we do not accept return on any on sale, clearance & special order product(s).  Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected.  You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the product(s) sent back to you.  Please make yours purchase carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.


Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong product(s) shipped.  Should you receive damaged defective, or the wrong product(s) shipped, please email us within 7 days of its receipt/delivery to obtain Return Authorization Number.  Upon approval, we will issue an RA with instructions on how to start the exchange process. 

Re-stocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge you up to 20% re-stocking fee for any refund under special conditions, subject to our inspection and approval.

Retail Store

Sorry, we presently cannot accept returns or exchanges at our retail stores. For all web purchases please follow the directions of our return policy as stated on our website only


All products are brand new in original retail packaging with full manufacturer warranty

Important Notes About "Approved and Authorized" Returning of Items

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.

We're sure you expect the bras you buy from to be in brand-new pristine condition. We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-exchangeable. We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to ensure an appropriate credit exchange.

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
