Cancels

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal may result in up to a 25% refusal penalty fee.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Prepaid Money order and Prepaid Cashier’s Checks.

Sales Tax

Our distribution center is located in California, depending on the “Ship to” address, we are required “By Law” to collect sales tax if we ship to any addresses located in California.

Shipping and Handling

Customer will pay for shipping and handling charges on all purchases. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges for any return merchandise. 

For any address correction request, shipped by UPS, an additional $5.00 will be charged to credit card.

Re-stocking Fee

All return merchandise (upon approval) must be returned with original receipts, in brand new condition, packed in its original packaging with original tag attached.  We reserve the right to charge you up to 20% re-stocking fee for any refund under special conditions, subject to our inspection and approval.

Note: Certain products such as Nubra and all lingerie items are non-refundable after purchase. Please email returns@Shopptouch.com if you have any questions.

Refund And Exchange

We “Do Not” offer any refunds. Exchange requests must be emailed to returns@shopptouch.com or go to customer service/returns to complete the form within 7 days from delivery date of shipment. Upon approval, we will issue an RA with instructions on how to start the exchange process.

No Exchanges will be considered after 7 days from delivery of shipment.

Underwear: Due to personal hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept exchange request on any underwear. No exceptions, please! Please purchase your underwear carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

Retail Store

Sorry, we presently cannot accept returns or exchanges at our retail stores. For all web purchases please follow the directions of our return policy as stated on our website only

All warranty are brand new in original retail packaging with full manufacturer warranty

Important Notes About "Approved and Authorized" Returning of Items

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.

We're sure you expect the bras you buy from shopptouch.com to be in brand-new pristine condition. We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-exchangeable.  We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, you return items in a protective box to ensure an appropriate credit exchange.

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
