How to return my order from site ?

We want you to be happy with the products bought on our website.

We will accept exchanges (Max: 2 times) Or, return for “Store Credit Only” Sorry… No Cash Refund!

Pls. Note, we will not be able to process any exchanges on products bought at Personal Touch Lingerie retail stores!

Bras and Shape wear purchased may be exchanged for same type items with all original tags attached to the garment and in new and unworn condition together with original receipt within 14 days of receiving the Items.

Pls. note, On Sale items (Items discounted over 10%) are all not returnable!

For sanitary reasons, All Self adhesive items and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned (unless it’s approved by manufacturer that it is a factory defected item)!

What are the return and exchange terms?

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for normal delivery.

Special rush delivery are subject to additional charges.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal may result in up to a 25% refusal penalty fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle Prepaid Money order and Prepaid Cashier’s Checks.

We strive to stay competitive and will match advertised price on the web from legitimate and authorized legal vendors of the same product that ships from USA. If you see it cheaper, Just paste the web address to our Customer Notes upon check out and once we verified accuracy, we will adjust the price of that product for you.

We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses. Based on Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce, the state only requires companies to collect sales taxes in the state where their business operations are situated.

Price adjustments may only be made for 24 hours after an order is placed.

We offer “Free Shipping” on purchase over $125.00 (except on, any detergents, bottled powder or, liquids). Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges for any return merchandise (except for manufacturer’s defect).

For any address correction request after order is already processed (Shipped via UPS), an additional fee charged by UPS of $5.00 would apply and will be charged to the credit card.

All return merchandise (upon subject to approval) must be returned with original receipts, in brand new, unused condition, packed in its original packaging with original tag attached. We reserve the right to charge you up to 20% re-stocking fee for any refund under special condition subject to our inspection and approval.

We “Do Not” offer any cash refunds. Exchange requests must be emailed to within 14 days from date of receipt on shipment. Upon approval, we will issue an RA with instructions on how to start the exchange process.

No Exchanges will be considered after 14 days from delivery of shipment.
For sanitary reasons, No exchanges on NuBra, adhesive products, Skin Care and any consumable items unless manufacturer’s defect.

Underwear: Due to personal hygiene and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept exchange request on any underwear. No exceptions, please! Please purchase your underwear carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing. Thank you!

Sorry, we presently cannot accept returns or exchanges at our retail stores. For all web purchases please follow the directions of our return policy as stated on our website only.

All products will follow manufacturer’s own warranty.

We also ask that, due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups, please put your return items in a protective box to ensure an appropriate credit exchange.

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health standard. Thank you!
